These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Program”) offered by Barrera Financial. By opting into our SMS Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Barrera Financial, which may include:

  • Promotional offers
     

  • Product updates
     

  • Event invitations
     

  • Other marketing communications
     

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

2. Opt-In

To join our SMS Program, you must provide your express consent by signing up through our website, online forms, or other approved methods. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

3. Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive.

  • After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
     

  • No further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties.

6. Service Availability & Liability

  • Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and network availability.
     

  • We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
     

  • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
     

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation in our SMS Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
